TERMS OF SERVICE.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of alpha-leaguebarbershop.com (the “Site”), operated by Alpha League Barbershop (“Alpha League,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes, including learning about our shop, reviewing services, viewing our work, finding our location and accessing appointment booking. You must not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means, impersonate another person, or use the Site in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

2. Appointments and Third-Party Booking

Online scheduling is provided through SQUIRE, a third-party service. When you leave the Site to book, your use of SQUIRE is governed by SQUIRE’s terms and privacy policy. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing the service, barber, time, price and any cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, deposit or refund terms shown during booking.

If information on this Site differs from the details presented in the booking flow or your confirmed appointment, the booking confirmation and the shop’s applicable service policy control. Please contact the shop promptly if you need help with an appointment.

3. Services, Pricing and Results

Services, prices, estimated durations and barber availability may vary and may change without notice. Photos and descriptions illustrate our work and service offerings, but individual results depend on factors such as hair type, starting condition, requested style and barber availability. Nothing on the Site guarantees a particular result.

4. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Payments, deposits, cancellation charges and refunds are handled according to the terms disclosed when you book and any policy communicated by the shop. Third-party payment processing may be subject to additional provider terms. Contact the shop if you believe a charge was made in error.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content—including branding, logos, text, layout, graphics, photographs and other media—are owned by or licensed to Alpha League and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other rights are granted without our written permission.

6. Reviews and Featured Content

Reviews displayed on the Site may be excerpts from feedback submitted through third-party platforms. They reflect the individual reviewer’s experience and do not guarantee the same result for every customer. We may select, format or remove review excerpts for length and presentation while preserving their meaning.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to or embeds services we do not control, including SQUIRE and Google Maps. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement of every product, statement or policy on that service. Review the third party’s terms before using it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha League and its owners, team members and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Site or a third-party service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us specifically for use of the Site or $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Alpha League harmless from claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Montgomery County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes, Suspension and Termination

We may update the Site or these Terms, and may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site, at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Alpha League regarding the Site and replace prior understandings about Site use.
